Using this website
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, access other people’s information or submit misleading details. Content is provided to explain the company and its services. Illustrative images do not prove product specifications, property availability, venue ownership or accreditation.
Requests, acceptance and contract
Selecting an item or submitting a request is not acceptance by us and does not by itself reserve stock, a venue or a time. We review the request and confirm the specific contents or scope, availability, fulfilment date, total price and any relevant restrictions. A contract is formed only when we send the applicable acceptance or booking confirmation. If payment is requested as a condition of acceptance, this is explained before you pay. You can review and correct your selection and contact details before submitting.
Prices and currency
We display separate prices in pounds sterling (GBP) and euros (EUR). The currency shown on the approved order is the payment currency; it is not a live exchange-rate quotation. Each listed item or deposit is priced between 30 and 150 units of the selected currency; multiple items and disclosed delivery may make the total larger. Listed and accepted consumer prices include applicable sales taxes. Delivery and any agreed import arrangements are disclosed before payment. No hidden subscription, recurring charge or card surcharge is applied. Your bank may charge conversion or other fees under its own agreement with you.
Payment and security
When enabled, you can pay an approved order using the available card methods through the official Stripe gateway for WooCommerce. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. A successful return from checkout does not itself prove payment; confirmation is recorded after the provider’s verified notification. Use the order reference when contacting us. Cardholder authentication may be required. The use of a payment provider is not an endorsement or certification of our business.
Fulfilment and changes
We supply only the contents and service described in the accepted order. We do not substitute materially different goods, change a booking date or increase the accepted price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will offer an agreed alternative or a refund of the undelivered portion. Keep your confirmation and the terms snapshot available on your private order page. You can print or save it; do not share the private link publicly.
Cancellations, returns and complaints
Our separate returns and cancellation policy explains the process and applicable rights. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods or services. Email or telephone us with your reference if you have a problem. No term excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Reservations and deposits
A deposit is credited to the agreed final booking bill; it is not an additional undisclosed fee. Confirmation must state the actual venue, date, time, party size, total price or minimum spend and what is included. No unidentified event tickets are offered. Alcohol, if lawfully served at the actual venue, is subject to age verification and licensing rules; this site does not sell alcohol for shipping.
Governing law and mandatory protections
English law applies to these terms, subject to any mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Nothing restricts a consumer’s right to use a court or complaints process available under applicable mandatory law. Business-to-business agreements may specify their own governing law and jurisdiction.

Contact reservations@mawaoxford.online about these terms. The version agreed for an accepted order continues to apply to that order; later changes do not retrospectively remove rights.
